Payment
Payment for the goods and delivery can be made online by all methods shown. Payment via cheque or postal order is also accepted but this must be received within 3- 4 working days. If payment is made by cheque then the item will not be dispatched until the cheque is cleared which usually takes 3-5 working days. Please make all cheques payable to Cute ‘N’ Cozi Pets.
All delivery charges are included in the price for all UK mainland except for items being delivered to the following postcodes:
IV, KW, ZE, HS, KA27-28, PH19-44, PH49-50, PA20-88, IM
Isle of White
Isles of Scilly
Northern Ireland
Please request a delivery price before ordering for these postcodes.
These postcodes command a higher delivery charge by the couriers which is why there is an additional charge.
We will ship to Europe and Southern Ireland but again please email for a delivery price prior to ordering.
We aim to dispatch on the same working day for all cleared payments made before 1pm. If for any reason this is not the case then we will notify you via email.
We dispatch on a 48 hour booking. The couriers require a signature on delivery and if you request the item to be left without a signature we cannot guarantee that the couriers will leave the item. If they attempt to deliver they will retry a second time with no extra charge. Further attempts usually incur an extra charge and you will be liable for that.
When signing for the item please inspect it for any damage or missing parts and note these on the delivery note. If this not possible at the time of delivery then PLEASE SIGN FOR THE ITEM AS “UNCHECKED OR UNINSPECTED”. We then request that you inform us any defects within 7 days of receipt of the item.
